was held at the EBA office in Lviv.
Participants of the meeting discussed the topic - Legislative and practical aspects of registration of VAT invoices in Unified register of VAT invoices.
Maksym Voytsehovsky, head of tax and legal department of KPMG in Lviv was invited as a speaker of the meeting.
Maksym Voytsehovsky started the meeting with a summary of requirements for VAT invoices registration before and after January 1, 2012. Also, Mr. Voytsehovsky pointed the list of invoices, which are not subject to registration and provided list of legislation that regulate these issues. Thereafter, the invited speaker told about vendor's registration procedure of VAT invoices in Unified register of VAT invoices and payments adjustment registration. In conclusion, Maksym Voytsehovsky analyzed practical problematic situations of VAT invoices registration and provided professional recommendations and answers to the participants' questions.
